SUMMARY:Women’s Summer Solstice Retreat
DESCRIPTION:  \nExploring Healthy Boundaries in our Lives. \nSaturday 21st June\, 10am to 4pm. \nJoin us for a day in nature to celebrate the Summer Solstice within a welcoming women’s circle. This day will support you in gently exploring the setting of healthy boundaries. Appropriate boundaries are a necessity for carving out rest and relaxation in the busy and demanding world we live in. The experience of physical boundaries in nature can help us to develop protective boundaries in our own lives\, something that we as women can struggle with. \nThe day will include: \n– Tea/coffee and scones on arrival with opportunities to meet other members of the group\n– Guided nature immersion activities exploring the feeling of physical boundaries in nature\n– Boundary Exploration Discussion within Women’s Circle\n– Expressive Arts activities in nature exploring how to set boundaries\n– Yin Yoga session to integrate and process emotions and experiences from the day \nThis event will be facilitated by Marianne Fallon\, Chartered Psychologist\, Ecotherapist and Yin Yoga Instructor. Marianne has extensive experience in group facilitation and is passionate about supporting people to safely explore life themes and experiences within nature. \nSpaces are very limited to ensure an intimate and relaxed experience in the group\, early booking is recommended as this event sold out last year.\nBring along good walking shoes\, appropriate clothes for the weather\, a water bottle and a small journal and pen to record your thoughts and experiences. Yoga mats will be provided or you can bring your own. This will be an active workshop in nature so a certain level of energy and mobility is required. \nBook Tickets here \n  \n
