Move with the first stirrings of Spring
Join Marianne Fallon for a quiet, grounding 6-week Yin Yoga practice to help you to move from Winter stillness into the lighter energy of Spring.
Long-held shapes will mirror what’s happening outside – thawing, softening, creating room for new expansion and growth. Each pose presents a challenge to embrace an edge held in stillness over time, rebounding into an enhanced ability to experience our inner selves.
These sessions are ideal for easing Winter stiffness, preparing to be more active and moving into the Spring season with steady grounded energy. Small class limited to just 10 participants, ensuring that you have the space to explore and experience.
All bodies welcome – whether you are brand new to yoga, seeking time out from life’s challenges, or simply in need of a quiet space to land.
The sessions are facilitated by Marianne Fallon, Chartered Health Psychologist and Functional Yin Yoga instructor.
