The 2023 Famine Summer School will take place at the National Famine Museum, Strokestown Park, County Roscommon, Ireland on June 22-25, 2023. The theme of the 2023 Famine Summer School is “Famine Journeys and Trails: Communities, Diaspora, Memory”.

Today the new National Famine Museum at Strokestown Park House and Gardens, in Co. Roscommon has been officially opened by the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, Catherine Martin.
